Frequently Asked Questions

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a thought-provoking, empowering process that helps you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and intention. It’s a supportive space to explore what truly matters to you—whether that’s creating change, navigating transitions, or reconnecting with yourself. Rather than giving advice, coaching is about asking powerful questions, listening deeply, and helping you uncover your own answers and direction.

What can I bring to the session?

Anything that feels important to you. Coaching is a space that’s entirely yours—whether you want to explore a career move, build confidence, find more balance, create stronger boundaries, work through self-doubt, or simply pause and reflect. You don’t need to have everything figured out—often, clarity comes through the conversation itself.

How often to we meet?

Each session lasts between 45–60 minutes. As part of my certification journey, we’ll meet at least once a month over 3-6 months, but we can also work more frequently depending on your goals and what feels supportive to you.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while coaching is more future-focused and action-oriented. Coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions—it’s about helping you tap into your potential and move forward in a way that feels aligned and fulfilling. While therapy explores “why,” coaching is more about “what now?” and “what’s next?”
